Pain Therapy Group Dr. Richard L. Cole has been in practice since 1978, and is the director of Cole Pain Therapy Group with colleagues Dr. Jeff Luebbe, Dr. Steve Vollmer and Dr. Craig Thomas. Our doctors are board certified or board eligible in the areas of neurology, sports medicine, orthopedics, rehabilitation and pain management. Additionally, we have a master's trained pain counselor on staff to address the psychological impact of pain, and assist the patient in dealing with this complicated process. We are the only chiropractic clinic in West Tennessee that offers on-site rehabilitation provided by licensed exercise physiologist. Dr. Cole is passionate about patient protection. As president of the Federation of Chiropractic Licensing Boards, an oversight board that sets standards for licensing in the U.S., Canada, Australia, Mexico he worked to protect patients from fraud, abuse, and incompetence.
