$750.00 annual fee.
Fees are payable annual, semi-annual, quarterly or monthly bank draft.

NEW LICENSEE MEMBERSHIP
Graduated membership level designed for doctors new to Chiropractic practice.
1st Year New Licensee -$375 annaully

OUT OF STATE MEMBERSHIP
$100.00 annual fee.
